Who qualifies
Two groups get a conditional discount. Students can verify their status through a verification partner and unlock around 15% off full-price orders over a minimum (commonly around $80). A parallel route extends to a key-worker group — military, veterans, first responders, teachers and healthcare staff — again after a verification step. In both cases you’re confirming eligibility rather than typing a plain code.
How verification actually works
The process is quick but specific. You confirm your status through the linked partner (your student email, a service ID, or the relevant credential), and once it clears, the discount attaches to your account. If the eligibility screen bounces, the usual fixes are to complete it on desktop rather than the app, and to make sure the credential you’re using matches the name on your account.
The conditions that trip people up
Treat these offers as conditional, because they are. They apply to regular-price items only and skip the under-ask and clearance shelves. They carry a minimum spend. And they won’t combine with a separate discount code — it’s one or the other. Before you count on the discount, confirm you qualify, confirm your items are full price, and confirm your bag clears the minimum.
Is it always the best deal?
Not automatically. On a full-price bag it’s excellent. But if the item you want is sitting on the under-ask shelf, the marked-down price may already beat 15% off the full price — and you can’t use both.
